Graduating in 2007 from The Angel Academy of Art (Florence, Italy) gave Rosemary a unique learning experience while living in this rich environment. Surrounded by the work of classical European artists created in her, a marriage of respect, inspiration and a desire to continuously acquire knowledge from the masters, both present and past. Velásquez, Benczúr, Sargent, Munkácsy, Morelli, Kramskoy and Repin’s work are some of the artists who have made a deep and lasting impression on her.

Now based in Toronto, Rosemary divides her time between portrait commissions and exhibition paintings. She has exhibited in London, Florence, Art Renewal Center's International Salon in New York and The International Museum of Contemporary Masters in San Antonio, Texas. In Toronto she has exhibited at The Arts & Letters Club, Engine Gallery, Joseph D. Carrier Gallery, University of Toronto Faculty Club, John B. Aird Gallery, Art Interiors, Gallery 133, Hugh's Room, and The Toronto Public Library.

In November 2009, she completed a portrait commission for Ken Kirkby, artist and president of The Nile Creek Enhancement Society. In December 2009, Rosemary exhibited paintings of the talented violinist Dr. Draw, at Hugh's Room during his performance run. Dr. Draw is the subject of a body of work in progress. His talent, passion, focus and creativity has provided great inspiration to Rosemary in her work. She also participated in a group exhibition at Engine Gallery Dec. 11th - January 24th, 2010.

Her work is in private collection in Amsterdam, Chicago, Hawaii, Hungary, Italy, Pennsylvania, Salt Spring Island, Toronto and Vancouver.
